Operation Smile Mission in Kenya repairs childhood facial deformities while building public and private partnerships that advocate for sustainable healthcare systems for children and families. Together, we create smiles, change lives, heal humanity.

Approximately one in every 500 Kenyan babies is born with a cleft lip or cleft palate.
In Kenya, there are many children who never receive this life-changing surgery.
